Overview
Stirred drinks need a spoon that reaches the bottom of the glass and moves without churning. The twisted handle lets the spoon turn smoothly against the side of your mixing glass, chilling and diluting evenly instead of bruising the ice.
Use the back of the bowl to layer a float, and the bowl itself as a rough measure when you do not want to reach for a jigger.
