Find Your Next Signature Cocktail
1 oz YCC Smoked Maple Sour Mixer
.75 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz Mezcal
1 oz Blanco Tequila
Combine all ingredients in a shaker on ice.
Shake and strain into a chilled rocks glass over ice.
Garnish with a lime peel.
1 ½ oz. IPA
1 oz. Aged Rum
1 oz. Light Rum
1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
¾ oz. YCC Orgeat Syrup
½ oz. Orange Curaçao
Boozy Cherries
Combine all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake and strain into an ice-filled rocks or Collins glass. Garnish with Yes Cocktail Co. Boozy Cherries.
2 oz Rye
½ oz sweet vermouth
½ oz YCC Smoked Maple Sour Mixer
2 dashes bitters
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir and strain into a chilled coupe.
1 oz YCC Key Lime Sour Mixer
1 oz Heavy Cream
.5oz Fresh Key Lime Juice
2 oz Vodka
Graham Cracker Crumbs
Rim martini glass with graham cracker crumbs. Fill shaker with ice and combine all other ingredients. Shake and strain into martini glass.
2 oz Gin
1 oz cucumber juice
1 oz lemon juice
1 oz YCC Stone Pine & Satsuma Mixer
Club soda to garnish
Combine all ingredients except club soda in a shaker with ice
Shake and strain into a chilled Collins glass with ice
Top with club soda
Garnish with a wheel of cucumber
1 scoop sherbet
1.5 oz YCC Key Lime Sour Mix
6 oz sparkling water
1 slice key lime
Combine sparkling water and mixer in a glass. Stir to combine and top with sherbert. Garnish with key lime slice and enjoy!
1 oz YCC Stone Pine & Satsuma Mixer
2 oz vodka or gin
0.5 oz vermouth
0.5 oz Cointreau
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice
Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass
Garnish with a citrus twist
1 oz YCC Stone Pine & Satsuma Mixer
0.5 oz lemon juice
Club soda to top
Mint for muddling and garnish
Muddle a few leaves of mint in a shaker with the mixer and lemon juice
Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled rocks glass over ice
top with club soda

Walk Into A Bar...
Lauren Butler and Brandon Alpert began their journey into mixology in a most unexpected way—while touring the world as theatre educators, actors, and directors. During their travels, they made it a mission to experience the world’s best bars and cocktails. From bourbon in Kentucky to aquavit in Denmark, they were always thirsty for a bit of local flavor. But when they returned home, they found the mixers and syrups just didn’t measure up—full of artificial ingredients, preservatives. and high fructose corn syrup. Determined to recreate the craft cocktails they’d enjoyed abroad, they began crafting their own mixers using all-natural, locally sourced ingredients from their home in Paso Robles, California.
And so, Yes Cocktail Co. was born. For Lauren and Brandon, it’s all about saying “yes!” to new flavors, new ideas, and of course, new cocktails. After all, that’s the first rule of improv—and the secret to living a little more adventurously.
